Primary Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO9001: 2015
• Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
• Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations
• Ensure the promotion of customer focus
• Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained

Job Competency Requirements

• Internal Elite Products training on parts fabrication
• Ability to read and execute fabrication on manufacture drawings.

Required Education/Training

• ISO 900 training
• Safety training (name required)
• Chemical training (name required)
• Equipment training matrix

Evaluation Process

• Ongoing daily supervisor training
• NCR tracking reviews by fabricator
